Jeff arrived in NW Arkansas in 1993 in pursuit of marrying his high school sweetheart Wendy.  This was a long trek for the Southern California natives that had not been further east (and south) of Colorado.  Jeff has been around design and building since he was young. In Newport Beach, his family is involved in building as Architects and Interior Designers.  These influences developed Jeff’s passion to create and build homes so in 1995, when Martin Custom Home Builders built its first home in NW Arkansas, our mission began and vision became reality.  Jeff and Wendy have made Fayetteville home with their 3 boys - Mason, Mckane, Morgan and youngest girl, Maiya.  The Martin’s are very active in kids’ sports, running, biking, wakeboarding, waterskiing, community, hanging with friends, but really just keeping up with the kids. 

In the beginning, we wore all the hats so that we could establish and communicate our pursuit of craftsmanship for fine homebuilding.  Today, we are still very hands on with our select craftsmen and staff maintaining those same core values.  Designing and Building homes, creating an idea into reality, and experiencing our clients’ joy and accomplishment is the fuel for our passion.  I am convinced that building homes and the American Dream is one of the most rewarding and best jobs a person can have.  I look forward to adding you to our family and being part of building your home.

We build all kinds of architecture. We are truly a CUSTOM Home builder of any design, size and budget.

However, we also emphasize qualities and practice. We recognize that a home is an individual’s largest personal investment and as a building group we believe it is our obligation and responsibility to educate and lead our clients to the home that fits them best.  Our custom homes or design/build homes have ranged from 1,500sf to 12,000sf over the last several years.
