Over the past 8 years Martin Building Group has partnered on many projects with ADA Designs. Many of our clients come to us with concepts, ideas, or maybe even a few floor plans, but don’t quite have a complete vision or design for their new home.  As a design/build client, we partner with David Schmidt to provide this invaluable service.  I firmly believe that if the designer and builder have the opportunity to collaborate in the planning, budgeting, and designing with our client a synergy is created and the stage is set for a successful project.  David has over 30 years of experience in residential design and I can attest that he is excellent at transforming your vision and ideas into a beautiful new home.
